The cottage itself is small, perhaps 900sq.ft It serves a couple or small family (4 persons maximum occupancy) or very compatible group best, as there is little privacy within the house, one room from another. It has a complete kitchen (no dishwasher), microwave, television, VCR, radio, CD player, washer, dryer, new, firm and plush king bed + 2 queens, couches, dining table, plus large picnic table!
